1. All orders are process in Singapore dollars (SGD)

2. Local orders deliver via Smartpac require 2-3 working days to deliver to mailbox. A tracking number will be provide. Smartpac has a weight limit of 600g, and is priced at SGD 3.20

3. Qxpress courier is a door-to-door delivery service with a tracking number. It requires 2 working days for delivery. Cost of this delivery method is SGD 4.30

4. Note that a processing time of 7-10 days is required. This does not include delivery duration. Customised order processing time will be 10-14 days.
